How do “Popia Basah”?
Inti Popia Basah up to their favorite. I like the core Finely chopped-fine sengkuang, carrot, onion and cucumber. Whether dining on fried. Much like eating when fried.
I’ll get Popia skin because not learned how do Popia skin. Finely chopped-fine sengkuang, carrot, onion and cucumber. (not included cucumber).. (not included cucumber). I will blanching Brussels sprouts in boiling water for a while. Do not forget if we want better taste, add shrimp salty.
Popia on the skin, apply a little sauce Popia and put all shredded materials (cucumber and sengkuang). I will use the water to attach the ends of wheat flour skin Popia not exploded when we fry.
Popia sauce, I like to create your own.
Dried chili after boiled, ground, with a little tamarind juice.
Then add chilli paste mixture into the pan + oil, and cook until crisp. Do not put white sugar + sugar to taste. It is up if want a thick sauce or a sauce that is thin.
